1. Room-4-you are based at Arriva House, Delta Way, Longford Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0BE. This statement describes the policy and practices of Room-4-you with regard to processing of Personal Information on the Site. Room-4-you' principal activities involve advertising the availability of hotel rooms, details of which are placed on the Site by hotel owners.

2. "Personal Information" means information that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information together with other information which is held by or is likely to be held by Room-4-you.

3. It is the policy of Room-4-you to take all necessary steps to ensure that Personal Information held by Room-4-you is processed fairly and lawfully. Room-4-you will take all necessary steps to implement this policy. All employees of Room-4-you and data processors who have access to Personal Information are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your Personal Information.

11. Room-4-you will monitor on an ongoing basis compliance with the provisions of the Act by third party processors of Personal Information held by Room-4-you.

12. Room-4-you may from time to time use your Personal Information to send you information by email about Room-4-you, www.room-4-you.com and other information that you may find useful. If you do not wish to receive this information please contact Room-4-you by email at info@room-4-you.com taking care to state the exact email address from which you have previously booked.

13. You can find out what Personal Information Room-4-you holds about you by writing to Room-4-you at Arriva House, Delta Way, Longford Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0BE. Your request must be accompanied by a cheque for £10.00. Room-4-you will acknowledge your request within [ten] working days. Should Room-4-you be prevented from disclosing your Personal Information Room-4-you will give reasons for any such refusal.

If any of the Personal Information that Room-4-you hold about you is incorrect or needs updating, or if you want Room-4-you to delete any Personal Information, please contact Room-4-you at Arriva House, Delta Way, Longford Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0BE. Room-4-you may request that you provide further information and identification to enable Room-4-you to comply with this request.
